I'm Damon Boswell-entrepreneur, real estate investor, business mentor, and Kingdom-driven leader. For more than 40 years, I've devoted my life to building strong businesses, empowering others to unlock their God-given potential, and helping families to create generational wealth through faith-based principles and strategic execution. My mission is to merge purpose with profit-aligning success with Kingdom values to build ventures to grow financially and leave an eternal legacy. Through real estate syndication, coaching, and business development, I've helped countless individuals, couples, and communities rise into financial freedom, spiritual maturity, and family restoration. As of mid-2025, I've personally mentored hundreds of entrepreneurs-including 16 who become millionaires and 3 who achieved deca-millionaire status through the strategies, mindset, and Kingdom principles I've helped them apply. But my greatest assignments begins at home.

I am honored to walk alongside my incredible wife, Ashley Boswell, as we raise a powerful kingdom family. Together, we are proud parents of 11 amazing children- Sade, Tati, Ana, Zoe, Serene, Penuiela, Veronicaa, Cheriece, Shila, Jaamal, and Keynan-and blessed grandparents to 11 grandchildren: Asia, Kubian, Keynan Jr., Amoni, Delon, Mia, Axton, Adiyah, and Zahmiraa, along with 3 beautiful great-grandchildren: Susanti, Keynan III, and Leah. We're also blessed to have incredible Sons-in-law, Delonte, and Devon, who are an extension of our growing legacy. My life is deeply rooted in family, faith, and community. I'm grateful for the love and wisdom of my parents., Candis, and Rockie Morton and Eugene Boswell, as well as my brother Lonnie my day one who we been back to back for life, my niece Lori, and my nephew Lasante and my Sister in Law Le'conna.

I am surrounded by a vast tribe of cousins, lifelong friends, and trusted business partners who have sharpened and strengthened me on this journey. I also honor my "brothers from another mother"-JD, Leigh, Jalal, Terry, Ron, Carlos, DJ and Josh-who have stood beside me in life and leadership. I'm especially thankful for my trusted mentors- Jakki, Reggie, Tyrone, Mike, and Dexter who's guidance and wisdom helped shape the man and leader I am today. Every relationship is a divine assignment, and I steward each one with honor and purpose. Beyond business, I've co-led a global 5:30 AM daily Bible study with my brother Leigh for over nine consecutive years- 365 days a year-because spiritual discipline is the foundation of everything I build. My wife and I also founded two non-profit charities: one dedicated to supporting women who are survivors of domestic violence and another committed to helping at-risk youth break generational cycles and create brighter futures.

I believe true wealth is measured not just in dollars, but in impact-and my life's work is focused on empowering others to live boldly, build faithfully, and leave lasting legacies that reflect the Glory of God.
